While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction we offer a 14 day refund if you are not satisfied with the product. This policy is in effect from date of purchase. The refund will be sent upon receipt of product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

RiverCity Washers is very cognizant of order dates and deadlines and will always strive to meet our customers needs to ensure a timely response. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. All pitching washers are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and all washer games are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx.  All orders received will have shipping confirmed via a tracking number provided upon payment processing.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment processing. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to confirm shipment and allow you to track delivery of your order. If an order must be canceled post payment processing, please contact us.
